This is how you connect to De Vlijt

It begins with a phone call

Because we like personal contact. In the conversation that follows, the Loan Coordinator will tell you about De Vlijt, our services, the various Feadship companies and our De Vlijt portal. In turn, you introduce the agency you work for and are proud of. We want to know a lot. For example what industry you supply to, what level of education, recent graduates or also seniors and the language of your candidates.

If there is a click, the Hiring Coordinator will explain the onboarding form, plus the hiring requirements and marketplace. You will also receive an e-mail from him/her. In fact, to access the jobs, you must first register.

This is as follows:

  • The link to register is in the onboarding form. That is an attachment to the email you receive from the Onboarding Coordinator.
  • The hiring conditions are also an attachment to the e-mail. Please return these completed and signed for approval.
  • Once we receive the documents, we will send you another link. This will allow you to upload some mandatory compliance documents:
    • policy sheet business liability insurance
    • proof of payment for the current insurance year
    • proof of a G account (requested through a Dutch bank)
    • proof of valid VAT number
    • SNA hallmark and/or NEN 440-1/4400-2 certificate
    • excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce
    • statement of payment behavior chain and/or hirer liability
