ZZP-er at Feadship; here's how to do it
It begins with a phone call
Because then you can introduce yourself. And the Hiring Coordinator on De Vlijt talks you through everything there is to know. Is there a click? Then he or she will send you an email, with an onboarding form attached.
- In the onboarding form you will find a link that will take you to the De Vlijt platform. Here you will soon find all ZZP assignments of all De Vries companies and the yards of Royal Van Lent (together Feadship). To get access, you need to register first.
- After your registration, return the completed onboarding form. You will then receive another link after which you can upload these documents (mandatory!):
- extract from the Chamber of Commerce
- company liability insurance policy sheet
- proof of payment current insurance year
- Everything in at De Vlijt? Then the hiring coordinator will send you the Contract of Engagement (OVO). You sign this document digitally. You will receive an automatic link.
Responding to assignments
- Once the RFO has been signed and received by De Vlijt , you will have access to the marketplace at De Vlijt. Take your time to look around: here you will find all available assignments in your industry at all De Vries companies.
- If you respond to an assignment that suits you, you will be contacted by the Hiring Coordinator of the appropriate De Vries company.
- Does it click at the introductory meeting for the job you responded to? Then you will get a contract with the De Vries company in question. De Vlijt helps with that; we make sure that the contract is spot on. You will also know immediately where, when and who will take care of you.
- Administration: it's part of the job. With our billing system you have (almost) nothing to worry about. See also the story of ZZP-er Jordan.
- Job done? We'll keep you informed when there's a new question. That way you won't miss an opportunity.
