The Skilled Worker Team at De Vlijt is a permanent pool of skilled workers with Feadship DNA. It was created to provide Feadship companies and yards with excellent skilled workers, who are also already familiar with the high Feadship standards.

As a member of the Skilled Team, you have a passion for superyachts! You also enjoy the challenge of working in different locations, on varying assignments. The Feadship DNA? It suits you. Only the best quality is good enough for you. The locations are happy with you, because of your excellent skills and because you know 'how it works' at our yards and companies.

The contract with De Vlijt offers you the security of a permanent job, with good working conditions. Wherever you work, the Skilled Workers Team is your "home base"; here you have a regular contact person and participate in the Skilled Workers Team meetings.
