With great craftsmanship, Feadship builds the most beautiful yachts in the world. But where would we be without smooth IT systems, recruitment of new colleagues and the knowledge and skills of Purchasing and Finance? In our support departments we can use your expertise.

For the implementation of the complex construction projects, the contribution of our support departments is indispensable. We distinguish four of them:

Facility / ICT

Many activities are performed digitally. Logically, this can only take place with well-functioning ICT systems and a ditto infrastructure. Facility is the engine that keeps it all running. This department takes care of quality, management, security and the future of our software landscape. All Feadship locations benefit from this.

Finance

A Project Team's goal is to deliver a superyacht, within a specified time and budget. Of course, that yacht must meet the high Feadship standards. And that is always a challenge. The Finance department has an indispensable supporting role in this. With analyses and overviews, monitoring of risks and reports you actually help to build the mega project that is called Feadship.

Human Resources

With the HR policies of the various Feadship companies, we ensure the right people in the right place. You can count on this: as an HR employee you are never alone. HR works together with De Vlijt (temporary reinforcement) and Purchasing (contracts with subcontractors). Never a dull moment: in the HR department you work on organizational development, education and training policy, absenteeism, recruitment and selection and onboarding. Of course you work with collective bargaining agreements and consult with the Works Council.

Procurement

The Purchasing Department is responsible for purchasing products/components and services. These purchases range in value from a few thousand to millions of euros. If you work here, you know what is going on in the supplier market, you maintain contacts and know how to respond intelligently to developments. This is how you negotiate the best price. And you make it possible that Feadship builds the most beautiful yachts in the world.
