Project Management is involved in all the construction phases of a yacht: from sale to completion. In the multidisciplinary team around a construction number, the Project Manager, Planner, Construction Coordinator and Project Assistant each have their indispensable task. Every day is different.

Within Project Management, you deal with architects, engineers and, in fact, all disciplines. Each contributes his expertise to translate the client's wishes - into a design and a clever technical design. However, the Project Management team is ultimately responsible. During the entire construction process it monitors and oversees the overall project planning, progress, budget, quality, efficiency and safety of the construction of a Feadship.
