From my role as Operations Manager and Project Manager, I work with the team on our services. With our suppliers as partners and the internal managers as colleagues and customers, we ensure a smooth process and a qualitative fulfillment of hiring needs. In separate projects we organize, among other things, the timely adaptation to laws and regulations, supporting systems and supplier days. And from the MT we work (almost) invisibly on clear hiring policies and the analysis and continuous optimization of our performance as Feadship-wide hiring desk.
